Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At GMP Financial Services, we strive to provide transparent and efficient loan processing services. As a loan advisory and facilitation agency representing multiple lenders, we have clear guidelines regarding any fees collected and our refund process.

2. Consultation and Processing Fees

If you have paid any consultation or initial processing fee directly to GMP Financial Services for our advisory services, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Non-Refundable Services: Once your loan application has been successfully logged in with our lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) and the file processing has commenced, our service fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Rejection by Lenders: In the event your loan application is rejected by the lending partner due to credit scores, policy mismatches, or negative verification, our advisory fee is strictly non-refundable, as the service of facilitation and application processing has been rendered.
  • Cancellation Before Processing: If you choose to withdraw your application before we have submitted it to any bank or NBFC, you may be eligible for a refund of our service fee, subject to a deduction of nominal administrative charges.

3. Bank/NBFC Processing Fees

Any processing fee, valuation charge, or legal fee paid directly to the Bank or NBFC (either via cheque, DD, or online transfer) is subject strictly to the respective lender's refund policy. GMP Financial Services holds no authority to process refunds for amounts paid directly to the lending institutions. Generally, these fees are non-refundable irrespective of loan approval or rejection.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible transaction, please follow these steps:

  • Send a written request to our official email address: info@gmpfinancialservices.com.
  • Include your application reference number, payment proof, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request within 7 working days and communicate the decision.

5. Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original mode of payment within 10-15 business days.
